Spider McKnight and the Monsters

I started posting on Instagram after my mom died as a way to keep myself creatively afloat. I promised myself I would post every day as a journal so I would stay in the present and notice what was happening in my world.

I’ve learned that some days it’s the big world events that capture my attention and others it is as simple as watching a starling in my backyard.

What began as a daily practice has become part of my ongoing creative work, a place to share, explore, experiment, and connect.
